Customer Retention Agent (Georgia Base)

Summary:

This work from home position is in a fast paced, goal oriented, virtual call center environment. Requires prioritization and management of multiple responsibilities, primarily outbound and inbound customer service and/or collection telephone calls with the primary focus being placed on excellent customer service, retention, and support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Contacts assigned customers regarding their expired lease agreement (s)Secures payment for lease agreement(s) or return of leased product(s)Communicates with Aaron's customers and stores by telephone to determine the reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or lease agreement(s) with the customer in the attempt to resolve nonpayment issuesEstablishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with Aaron's customers and store team members for the purpose of reducing losses due to charge offs/bad debtPerform other essential duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

Minimum Education High school diploma or GEDTwo years of phone experience in a customer service/call center environment preferredFirst or third-party collections experience helpful, but not required
