Responsibilities The Opportunity The Customer & Route Optimization Analyst role will provide operational support to sales and GTM teams to ensure customer real time route management, account management and processing of sales strategy team. Will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper functioning of the general sales operational processes by offering support to market teams. Execute the Optima CLR Process Management agenda for LATAM through the guarantee of OLAs & SLAs established with the market. Your Impact As a Customer & Route Optimization Analyst, your responsibilities would include: Managing the configuration process, including the collection of PEP and customer information for the assigned Markets/Operating Units (OU). Identifying the route structure, including the number of routes per country/region/district, customer count per route, and route type. Updating massive geocoding data, sharing and fixing errors, performing large-scale truck assignments (via SAP reports), and handling new customers, scorecards, and Power BI reports. Gaining consensus with the business to centralize, standardize, and optimize customer and route information through the defined framework. Validating correct truck-to-route assignments, addressing incorrect geocode configurations, identifying poorly designed clusters for customers, and fixing depot or loading day configuration errors for the assigned Markets/OU. Building and maintaining business relationships with stakeholders across different markets, ensuring effective customer and database management for LATAM markets. Notifying sales and GTM teams in assigned markets of system deviations, based on the sustainability model agreed upon with Market SC and Power BI stakeholders. Preparing and presenting updates during weekly operational and tactical sessions with OU and stakeholder leads. Developing status, performance, and productivity reports to monitor solution delivery effectiveness. Supporting the continuous improvement of capabilities and their implementation. Ensuring service delivery aligns with defined SLAs. Being available to work flexible hours or adapt to market-specific needs. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For?
