As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.
We were responsible for contacts with clients and third parties (e.g. technicians). We specialized in the service around the security product, which laid the ground for becoming a Bosch unit in its own right, specializing in service and Customer Experience.

QualificationsFluent in one european language (both written and spoken).Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries and complaints.Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.Candidates must be based in Barcelona, homeoffice is allowed, but candidates must be Barcelona based for frequent presence in the office (training, quality, daily operations) when required.Candidates are required to have a hardwired internet connection (which means you need to connect your computer to the internet using an Ethernet cable) to access Bosch's work-from-home platforms.
