Job DescriptionExperience on plan production based on customer requisitions; be the first contact of the customers, analyze the demand that customer send on weekly basis; organize the shipments for customers; checking customer portals; answering tickets on customer portals; responsible for short and long term forecast planning.Analysis of the customer releases, EDI 830,862,850, JIT /RAN’sCreate a Production plan in order to assure the customer orders on time and quantity.Follow up 100 % about deliveries on time, ASN, Paperwork, System communication according customer expectations or rules (Example: Ford CMMS, DDL, etc.)Make a prognosis for the next 15 months, using customer EDI, TPZ, Forecast of sales )Follow up in the internal KPI’s as Inventory levels, Reduction Cost, Delivery Performance internal and External.Develop of leveling Pattern about internal standards using the proper tools as NIV+, Heijunka Boards, Kanban System and Pull system.Create a Shipment plan according customer demand and follow up with Laredo Warehouse team for ship on time.Acknowledge about ECR’s, break points an SOP for new models or projects

QualificationsCareer of preference (IMA, LAE, International Business, Industrial Engineering)Acknowledge of Automotive Portals (Ford, Stellantis, GM). Advanced English.SAP (Modules of Planning, Customer Service and Shipping)Minimum of 3 years’ experience at Customer Service and production planning (MPS).Negotiation skills and facility to handle conversations with customers.Team work.Proactive and oriented to support in special situation, work under pressure.Allocation Knowledge for apply in Semiconductors Global Task Force
