Bachelor degree preferred, diploma degree minimum preferably with major in Finance, Commercial etc. Proficient in office software(excel, word, Power BI etc.), ERP system(SAP, QAD, UFIDA, etc.) and Website 1~ 3 years’ experience in data analysis.  Good sensibility and accuracy of figures Good communication and coordination skills in Mandar and reading and writing English Able to independently and efficiently complete tasks, strong execution ability and goal-oriented approach Careful and responsible. Strong logicality and good at summarizing Adapt to the fast-working environment and good time management

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

Pricing

Price creation/modification/annual adjustment in the different ERP systems for SH,GZ, NT,WX, SZ and HKPrice review and control about tools, standard parts etc. for all China entities

Order maintenance

Maintain free product orders in system for samples and quality returnMaintain special orders for scrap and production material (molds and harness etc.) 

Report

Regular update the CS public PBI report to China Commercial & Operation team including Open Order, Shipment, Past due by BU & Sales &PlanRegular update the CS internal PBI report to CS department, including Pricing change record, China OPO and SO HoldDevelop other reports based on needs

Forecast mgmt.

Bi-weekly collect and organize forecast data for all China customers and convert/upload FC to the IBP systemProvide forecast analysis reports with the comparison among standard forecast frequency, past forecast data and actual delivery to achieve the purpose of early warning and risk management

Intelligence for Product EOP and cut off supply

Information collection and statistics from each CS reporting and forecast analysis reportsRegular maintenance and tracking of EOP/ cut off supply list

Daily Support

Invoice upload to Customer Website for SH and GZA&M SPL PO releaseShipment and inventory's status follow-up and feedback to CS based on shipment notice
