Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
+ Provide product or service information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on account-related issues.
+ Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
+ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
+ Process orders, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries accurately.
+ Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
+ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.
+ Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service processes and team efficiency.
+ Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new products or services to provide accurate information.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
+ Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role is preferred.
+ Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
+ Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficient in using customer service software, phone systems, and basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
+ Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
