Description Duties and Responsibilities • Creates culture and environment that is in line with delivering corporate message to clients and employees. • Maintains client service level expectations that meet or exceed company goals. • Maintains and documents adherence to the business continuity plan for the department. • Complies with all laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and privacy policies and procedures. • Serves as a utility worker as necessary to provide backup support for other departments. • Answer and initiate telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner to assist clients research via online electronic storage system • Respond to, investigate and/or resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, e-mail, and fax. • Ability to multi-task. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A. General Knowledge and Skills: This position requires an aptitude for analyzing client needs and having empathy for the perspective of clients and non-clients. B. Computer Skills: Will frequently use the Microsoft Office Suite of software to complete the work required, with high usage of Excel. C. Interpersonal Skills: Written and verbal communications skills are required to complete the work. D. Business Skills: Some data input is required and technical writing (business letters, emails, etc.) is required.
