Key responsibilities may include:

+ **Providing product information:** Explaining features, benefits, and specifications of products or services.
+ **Escalating complex issues:** Identifying issues that require further assistance and transferring them to the appropriate department.
+ **Maintaining customer records:** Updating customer information and tracking interactions within the CRM system.
+ **Building customer relationships:** Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to foster positive interactions.
+ **Handling complaints effectively:** Listening to customer concerns, addressing them empathetically, and finding solutions to resolve complaints.
+ **Adhering to company policies and procedures:** Following established guidelines for customer service interactions and quality standards.
+ **Responding to customer inquiries:** Answering questions about products, services, policies, and account details through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
+ **Resolving customer issues:** Identifying problems, troubleshooting, and finding solutions to customer concerns or complaints.
