Customer Service/Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate all customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. · Liaise with sales and product teams to ensure order details are precise and meet customer expectations. · Provide prompt updates on the status of customer orders, and communicate any changes or delays effectively. · Coordinate with logistics, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery of products. · Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and product information. · Review and generate reports as required to monitor order statuses and other key metrics. · Advocate for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. · Attend meetings with party venues, hotels, and corporations to establish and maintain strong relationships. · Visit and join relevant industry associations to stay engaged with the market. · Participate in various trade shows and hospitality events throughout the year to represent the company and promote our products. · Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are consistently met and anticipate any future requirements. · Stay current with industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge. · Maintain continuity with hotel contacts as they move from property to property. · Maintain a positive attitude and be results-oriented. Business attire may be required for certain meetings and events. Requirements Requirements: · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile or related industry. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. · Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering superior client experiences. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. · Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree is preferred. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility.
