Job Responsibilities:

Experience with AP is preferred Communicates with customers and carriers by phone, in person and email to schedule orders for the account. Collaborate with others in a team environment to accomplish goals. Check in & out drivers following all processes/protocol for security, ensuring all record keeping is accurate and current. Prepare daily reports for supervisors and management. • Verify all delivery orders and bills of lading have been received and are correct. • Ensure that the SAP system is updated and accurate • Assist in cross functional roles in the office. • Assist as needed with quality checks on the warehouse floor. • Assist as needed scanning on the warehouse floor. • Other duties and projects as assigned. • Follow all safety protocols. • Monitors inventory reports and alerts management to any issues. • Complete all training courses as required.

Job Requirements:

Previous Customer Service experience a plus Microsoft Office Suite Basic computer skills Able to multi-task Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills Able to work independently
