Your Opportunity: Taylor Print Impressions, previously known as Curtis 1000, is looking for a new Customer Service Account Representative to join the team in Byron, MN! You will play an important role in ensuring our customers are taken care of and the company is well represented!
Your Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Customer and Operations team, Sales Representative and Account ManagersAnticipate internal and external customers’ needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accuratelyDocument and maintain SOP’s as needed for accounts including processes between customer and operation centerContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience and cost savingsReceive complaints from sales and/or customers and document details in operating systemMonitor inventory levels and report back to customerDemonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customersPartner with sales to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide back-up coverage (via phone/email) in the Sales Representatives’ absenceActively practice and participate in Lean CultureYour Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmThis role will be based out of our Byron, MN facilityYou Must Have:
2+ years of previous customer service or customer support experience Strong written and verbal communication skillsEffective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasksAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsProficient computer skills to include Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookFlexible work schedule (ability to work overtime when needed)We Would Also Prefer:
Excellent problem solving, follow-up, and organizational skillsIn-depth knowledge of the print or manufacturing industriesKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of customer service such as price estimating, order processing, order editingAbout Taylor Corporation
