To support your onboarding, you will start by short (2-3 weeks?) assignment on-site in our HQ in Oulu, Finland. This is planned for August 2024.? Workplace is on-site in Dallas while rest of the Global Customer Service team members are in Oulu, Finland? A broad job description so must have ability to cope under pressure and in rapidly changing situations.? Independent with strong problem-solving skills and development/solution-oriented approach? Proactive entrepreneurial and “can do”-mindset. ? 5+ year work experience from international customer service , trade & logistics and working in global team operating across multiple time zones? ? Responsibilities include for example:? Sales order handling in ERP system? Managing license sales and locking systems? Taking care of product returns, replacements and exchanges? Freight and customs invoice checking? Collaborating in different order and logistics related matters with 3rd party service provider running the warehouse and shipping operations? Responding to emails and phone calls from customers and other stakeholders and maintaining the ticketing system accordingly? Creating and maintaining work instructions and process descriptions for US Customer Service operations? Providing an outstanding customer experience and enhancing relationships with all stakeholders? Participating in development projects as needed? ?Customer
