Our client, a non-profit organization based in Bedford, MA, is s seeking a six-month temporary Customer Service Adminsitrator to join their team! this role is onsite in Bedford, MA, full time hours Monday through Thursday, and paying between $22-25/hr. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!
Duties:
Customer Service experience/Phone Customer Service experience. Good communication skills. Good computer skills. Inbound phone calls and emailing. Averaging 20-30 inbound calls per day. Need to be comfortable on the phones. If they have knowledge or experience with benefits or policies, big plus. Need to be able to multi-task. Must be able to hear questions from customers and find out the answer quickly. They will be talking about policies and benefits with the customers. Good personality skills is always a good match. Assist customers, answering phone call questions about Benefits and Policies.
