Part-Time Customer Service Administrator
Location: L37 8
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Start date: Monday, 17th February)
Are you looking for a temporary part-time role in a customer-focused environment? My client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming customer calls and providing exceptional serviceManaging and arranging diaries for appointments and meetingsGeneral administrative support and data entryResponding to customer queries and ensuring efficient resolutionMaintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations


Skills & Experience Required:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressurePrevious experience in customer service or administration is preferred but not essential


Hours:

Part-time roleFlexible hours (to be agreed)
