Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role will provide essential support to our customer service and operations team at Cuffe and Taylor, focusing on fan engagement, responding to customer queries, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date FAQs and event information.
As part of Cuffe & Taylor, you will be contributing to the success of renowned festivals and concerts, including Lytham Festival, Live at The Piece Hall, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Summer Sessions, Cardiff Castle, Lincoln Castle, and many other events. Additionally, our team promotes over 1,500 theatrical shows annually across the UK.
