Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is on the hunt for a rockstar Customer Advocate to join our Customer Service Division. The Mission As a Customer Advocate, you'll be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. You'll navigate the world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and your amazing people skills. And the best part? You'll be making a real impact on people's lives. The Deets + This is a full-time gig, Monday through Friday (because everyone needs a little weekend, right?) + You'll need to be flexible and ready to rock one of our 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST. + Get ready for an intensive 5-week orientation (don't worry, we've got you covered with training and support every step of the way).
