About the position: Answer inbound calls from individuals and/or businesses in need of service repairs. Place service orders in system & scheduled repair technician appointments. Assist dispatcher in coordinating appointments as needed. Learn how to price jobs and quote materials. Basic data entry, some emails and strong customer service skills are required.
