You handle customer inquiries (both by phone and email) and respond to patient questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous manner to ensure complete satisfaction.You create and manage patient files while providing impeccable customer service.You provide patients with all appointment information.You manage the voice mailbox and the different reminder lists.You enter necessary and updated patient information into the computer system.You receive external referrals and make appointments for these patients.You will be cross-trained for the receptionist position (once you have completed your initial training).A clear view of your assets
You have experience as a customer service agent, receptionist, medical secretary, or administrative assistant AND/OR have excellent customer service skills.You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).You demonstrate strong customer orientation and emotional intelligence.You stand out for your organizational, collaborative, and autonomous skills.Required: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patients).Schedule: You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.Address - Decarie clinic: 8000 Decarie Blvd., suite 440, Montreal, QC H4P 2S4 (accessible by metro (de la Savane), bus, and car (parking on site).
