Customer Service Agent

A large call center is hiring inbound Customer Service Agents. The position offers full time hours and is a permanent position. Duties include answering calls from customers regarding their homeowners insurance policies. Perform data entry, accept payments over the phone, provide customer service as it relates to navigating the company website and other matters. No Sales. You do not need to have insurance experience. Paid training is provided.

Minimum Requirements
