Our client, a financial services company, is looking for a detail oriented and customer focused Customer Service Agent to join their team. In this position, you will be in charge of providing exceptional support to their customers while managing inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfactionUtilize and master CRM software to manage accountsResearch and resolve customer inquiries while processing paymentsBuild positive rapport and efficiently handle callsNegotiate with customers to maintain account statusSupport company initiatives and maintain compliance with regulationsMultitask, adapt to change, and contribute to a cooperative team environment

Qualifications:

2+ years of call center experience (financial services a plus)High school diplomaTech-savvy, with proficiency in telephony systems, CRM software, and computersExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to type 35+ WPM while talkingStrong multitasking and conflict resolution skillsPositive, proactive attitude with a willingness to grow.
