Your tasks: Providing Support (logistics issues) for Customers in Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Managing customers' orders and assisting customers in providing the most current shipping status on existing orders. Export documentation processing. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint (investigating the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem). Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers. Arranging of pick-up/transfer of cargo with logistics providers. Cooperation with Customers, Financial Dept., Logistics Dept., and Dealer Managers about the conditions of orders and shipments to MEA region.
