Customer Service Agent - Sixt Rent the Car- Indianapolis Airport

Sixt Rent the Car,  a Tom Wood company, located at the Indianapolis airport, is searching for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Serve as primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling.Provide excellent customer service, and represent the company and brand with professionalism at all times.Process payments, invoices, and other paperwork associated with our rental servicesAddress concerns or issues promptly and ensure customer satisfactionOther duties as assigned 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

Communicate effectively with customers, and peers both verbally and in writingPrior customer service experience preferredComfortable using computer software Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with customers who are travellingMUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
