Job Description


Our client is looking for a customer service and admin advisor to join their Financial Shared Services team.

Your main responsibilities will include

Ensuring customer and supplier administrative queries, both on the phone and via email are dealt with in the agreed SLA'sWork as part of a team to facilitate and implement continuous process improvement ideas to improve process efficiencies


To be successful you will need:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent data entry skills both in speed and accuracyPrevious experience in a similar customer facing, service orientated role
