Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling both showroom and in-home consultation appointments, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and assisting with follow-up tasks. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service by coordinating appointments that allow clients to experience our product offerings firsthand, either in the showroom or at their homes.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding showroom and in-home consultation appointments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for both showroom visits and in-home consultations.
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers to assess their needs.
• Follow up on leads to book consultations.
• Maintain a detailed calendar and appointment records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing The Shade Avenue brand with professionalism.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an appointment-setting or customer service role (preferred).
• Fluent in English (a must).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
