Customer Service      Office Admin

The ideal person is smart, organized, motivated, social, friendly, honest and team player that can answer client requests, schedule client cleaning, good phone presence and help the cleaning teams get out in the morning.  We are willing to train but you must have the right positive attitude and be reliable.  We must deli ever excellent customer service to our clients and employees.We can teach you our products, your drive and commitment will make it happen.  You will help the Office manager with every aspect of this office, Payroll, Scheduling and customer service. You will also have the opportunity to sell new clients that call us and are requesting services.

You must be reliable as you will be the second lead of the office besides the manager.
If you call out more than a few times a year, this is not the role for you.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  Be self-driven to make calls and close business Make scheduling calls to our client Professionally and accurately present Merry Maids service to prospective customers. Document all activities in companies CRM system (Salesforce.com) Advise and upsell customers about other available Merry Maids services. Resolve all customers service issues Deal courteously with customers. Report any unusual request from customers or questions that you cannot answer to your supervisor. Contact customers after the service is performed to ensure customer satisfaction Prepare payroll for the Manager Schedule interviews for new Cleaners wishing to join Merry Maids Handle Billing Solve whatever problem needs to be  solved to ensure client satisfaction Ensure all cleaning materials are available and ready to go the next business day - Laundry ANCILLIARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  Maintain accurate and time sales reporting utilizing our CRM system Use company’s Texting, Docusign tools and other technologies to compliment your job. Interface with other locations as needed When necessary, fill in during staff absences. At all times contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company. Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested. May be assigned a company car and must maintain the vehicle REQUIREMENTS:

Have a positive attitude Self driven Be detailed oriented Multi-tasking ability Dress in a Merry Maids Uniform Ability to build customer relationships quickly and provide appropriate levels of customer service. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and through digital methods. Possesses excellent listening skills, empathy, and a high level of customer service orientation. Computer literacy and proficiency in desktop/ tablet applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions at the same time with exceptional organizational skills. Demonstrated problem solving and attention to detail. You must be reliable and come to work every day. Ability to pass criminal background check. Ability to pass motor vehicle records check. Ability to pass drug screening.  

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

 

High school diploma or equivalent required. Sales or Customer Service background preferred.  

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  Work at a desk and answer the phones Assist with Laundry fo rth eoffice staff Drive to the bank to make deposits  
COMPENSATION:


Compensation is compensatory to your experience. Expected to be $30-40k with strong upside for outstanding performance. You would be also eligible for monthly Quality bonuses and Growth incentives Possible promotion to outside sales if desired and earned

  Compensation: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
