Job Description: Customer Service and Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic Call Center team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and adapt. A successful candidate will be technologically proficient and have a strong command of the English proficiency B2+. Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not required.
What you’ll do:
Identify soft sales opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to promote products or services that align with customer needs.Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding customer expectations using customer relationship management G-Suite and SalesforceEmbrace a culture of continuous learning, readily adapting to new products, services, and work processes.Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay informed about industry trends and maintain current knowledge of company products and services.Achieve and surpass established sales targets and performance goals.What experience you need:
High School Diploma (or equivalent).B2+ English proficiency.What could set you apart:
Soft sales aptitude and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.Proficiency in computer applications and experience with CRM and other relevant software.
