Sr. Assistant Customer Service Representative – Jacksonville, FL

The opportunity:

The Sr. Assistant Customer Service Representative (Sr. Asst CSR) for our Preprint team - is responsible for managing tasks and coordinating information with regards to our preprint order management process. They will function as a liaison between sales, accounting, production, supply chain, logistics, and most importantly, the customer. The Sr. Asst CSR will oversee communication regarding printed material while assisting in growth and development opportunities that will contribute to the business’ bottom-line results. To ensure customer satisfaction, the Sr. Asst CSR will be exposed to continuous improvement opportunities that will contribute to the business results.

 

How you will impact WestRock:

Assist team members in the order flow process: Quoting Ordering Scheduling Expediting Shipping ReportingAdministrative Tasks: daily production meetings, reporting and tracking, manage internal and external communication flow on a timely basis.Maintains an ongoing relationship with the customer, sales and WestRock production sites, allowing the Sr. Asst CSR to keep track of orders, follow processes, and prioritize demands to ensure customer satisfaction.Solicit, organize, and communicate customer feedback relative to division performance.Responsible for participation in continuous education in the areas of new technology, new processes, and personal growth.Bring innovative ideas regarding sales and service to the teamBehaves in accordance with WestRock values and operating principlesAssist anywhere needed

 

What you need to succeed:

Experience in a CSR role and/or Team ManagementHigher Education preferred i.e. Vocational, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferredExperience in printing or packaging preferredStrong written and oral communication skills requiredProject management, problem solving, and analytical skillsExcellent organizational & time management skills – ability to be proactive, set and acknowledge prioritiesAbility to multitask and complete tasks timely, efficiently and accuratelyAttention to detailSelf-starter/takes initiativeAbility to resolve conflicts, promote and develop teamworkPersonal computer experience and knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge is a must)Ability to work with costing systems and estimating reportsAbility to operate with the customer and WestRock’s best interest in mind
