 PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a QA Scheduler/Customer Experience Specialist to join our client’s team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for scheduling on-site QA inspections and providing exceptional customer service to support Smart Energy efficiency programs. What You’ll Do: As the QA Scheduler, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling inspections and coordinating between departments to resolve any issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Customer Interaction: Provide front-line customer service by scheduling QA inspections for energy efficiency programs. Coordination: Work closely with departments like Rebate Processing and Field Delivery to manage enrollment activity and ensure smooth operations. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently. Documentation: Track and document customer communications and inspection schedules in the system. Support: Help streamline processes to ensure the timely completion of tasks and successful project outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Ability to follow instructions and guidelines to perform job duties effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under immediate supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, quality assurance, or energy efficiency programs is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
