Process 60-100 inbound calls per dayManage outbound calls, depending upon volumeMust possess solid problem solving & interpersonal skillsHandle all calls in a prompt and courteous mannerMaintain working knowledge of products, accounts, Ecolab representatives, tools and dispensing systemsComplete a call on screen accurately while speaking with the customerProcess orders, literature requests, and applies information to our customersDevelop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with dispenser system issuesMinimum Qualifications:
High school qualifications or equivalentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and OutlookExperience using Customer Service softwarePreferred Qualifications:
