Monday - Sunday hours vary

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nWelcomes homeowners/guests/vendors/new customers to community\nPerforms various administrative/managerial tasks in support of HOA's mission.\nCreates a positive experience for homeowners and guests by attending to needs and answering questions.\nCoordinating clubhouse reservations and pool keys\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nHigh school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required\n0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\nPrevious hospitality experience preferred.\n
