We are seeking a Customer Service Associate with excellent customer service skills and knowledge in a realty office company setting. The ideal candidate will have some computer skills, specifically in Excel and Word, and be computer savvy.


Responsibilities:

- Apply payments accurately and efficiently

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Utilize computer skills to input and track payment information

- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner


Requirements:

- Previous experience in a realty office company setting preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and accuracy
