Job Description This position covers the entire process from order for entry, release, production and shipping. It requires a great team player and problem solver. Working with production to release and schedule jobs to meet customer demands. Planning shipments and scheduling pickups in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities + Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. + Routes items to departments. + Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. + Direct others in preparing outgoing and receiving incoming shipments. + Interact with the customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face + Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it promptly + Look after the customer accounts and update their transaction status + Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner +  Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacturing and shipping. +  Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates per sales forecasts or customer orders. + Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation per previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. + Teams with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects. + Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. + Prepares production reports.       Qualifications Required for Getting into Client Servicing + High school diploma or degree and a bachelor's degree or something equivalent + Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures + Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures Extra Skills + Microsoft business systems + Epicor MRP system + Communication and problem solving skills + Well organized + Should have the skill of versatility; to adapt to many situations regarding both internal and external customers Powered by JazzHR
