$44,800 - $59,700
_Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._

**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Ability to collect, track and investigate paperwork on Recovered Fiber railcars and prepare to send to Accounting for payment
+ Works with Fiber Buyers on resolving fiber issues
+ Prepares morning reports for Supervisor’s morning meeting using Proficy, PPR, Web Apps and Mill Intranet. Updates onsite Rail Report for Switching Crew
+ Distributes by email the railcars unloaded daily report to Memphis personnel and Mill personnel. Backup to the Sr. Customer Service Associate’s job as the liaison between the Mill and Supply Planning concerning scheduling all three machines
+ Prints and verifies Shipment Report from outbound Bills of Lading
+ Maintains and updates databases using Microsoft Excel
+ Orders needed items from the Storeroom
**The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:**
**Job Requirements:**
+ Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
+ Ability to handle basic record keeping tasks in an electronic format with knowledge of basic accounting concepts
+ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
+ Excellent time management and organization skills with a strong attention to detail
+ Demonstrated capability to work independently, with minimal direction, in a fast paced environment as well as function as a team player
**Qualifications:**
+ Must have at least 5 years of strong customer service or similar administrative experience
+ High School Diploma required
+ Some college credits in Business is Preferred
+ Prior Experience working with SAP financial software or other accounting related software experience is Highly Preferred
