Customer Service Associate
Description Call Center Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and policy updates. Data Entry: Accurately input and manage important client and policyholder data. Processing: Handle annuity applications, document verification, and ensure timely processing. Hours Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12:30pm (once trained you will be able to work until 5 on Friday) Additional Skills & Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent typing and data entry skills • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills #centralpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
