Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Associate III with a focus on Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) to provide total customer satisfaction and increase sales through daily interactions.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications
SAP and Salesforce proficiency is beneficial
Prior experience in Customer Service is beneficial but not mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent required
College education is beneficial, degree not necessary
Minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain customer business relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Liaise between the customer and all internal points of contact
Most interactions (internally and externally) will be via email, with minimal incoming/outgoing phone calls.
Please note that this is a hybrid position, with training potentially required on-site from Monday to Thursday. Fridays are remote, while Tuesdays are office-required scheduled workdays.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
