BLS, a leader in the ground transportation is hiring for our Operations Center in Medford, Ma. Our history dates to 1975 and it’s truly amazing but it's our future that excites us most! Available Shifts: Ideal candidate needs to be flexible (4 x 10 hr shifts / 5  x 8 hr shifts).  Able to work weekends are required. Responsibilities include: Reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews Maintain and assist with chauffeur paperwork ensuring that all items are gathered appropriately.  Confirming scheduled trips, chauffeurs, and vehicle to be used. Various data entry & quality assurance tasks Secondary Responsibilities include: Daily Quality Assurance tasks  Assisting with other Dispatch Teams assigning trips, vehicles & chauffeurs appropriately.  Assisting with other Reservation Teams as needed, answering reservation calls and inputting data accurately. Various tasks to be determined.  The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills.  Experience using Excel.
