Customer Service & Business Support Assistant (Health)
The Primary purpose of the role is to ensure that day-to-day client service and quality targets are achieved within the Health Department. The candidate will support the Client Service Team by contributing in the placement of Private & Commercial Health Insurance programs for both new business and renewal clients.
Building Strong Relationships With Clients By Effectively Addressing Questions And Needs Supporting Preparation For Client Meetings (Prepare Agendas And Materials, Coordinate Resources, Etc.) Providing Benefit Enrolment Support, Including Preparing Materials And Presentations, Verifying Policy And Plan Information, And Updating Internal Systems As Necessary Contributing To Completion Of Reports And Administrative Actions Ensure adherence to Group Policies and Procedures. Ensure Compliance with Local Policies & Procedures Building Relationships Internally And Collaborate Effectively On Cross-Functional Teams Ensuring All Deliverables Align With Client Objectives, Leverage WTW Standard Tools And Templates, And Adhere To WTW Professional Excellence StandardsThe Requirements
Minimum Higher School CertificatePrevious experience in the Insurance sector will be an advantageBe proactive, flexible and demonstrate a keen willingness to assist fellow colleagues.Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to details and thrive in an environment that is always changingExcellent Microsoft office skills particularly in Excel and Power Point.Fluent in English & FrenchEqual Opportunity Employer
