**Customer Care Agent - Remote (Must Reside in Michigan)** Join our dedicated energy team as a Remote Customer Care Agent, where you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience by processing energy efficiency applications and providing customer support in a technical, specialized environment. Your responsibilities will include reviewing energy incentive applications for eligibility, finalizing energy applications, handling inbound and outbound support via phone and online chat, and providing back-office processing assistance to our utility clients and their customers. This role requires a strong focus on incoming data and attention to detail. **Key Details:** + **Pay:** $15.50/hr. + **Training:** 2 weeks from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM + **Location:** Fully remote, but you must live in Michigan. + **Requirements:** Must be close to a branch for a 6-panel drug screen. + **Equipment:** Provided by the employer. + **Internet:** High-speed internet is required. **Available Shifts:** + Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM + Training will be from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM for all shifts during the first 2 weeks. + Shifts are assigned as needed. **Pay Details:** $15.00 to $15.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
