Customer Service Claims Associate - Dutch speaker

Overview of Position  

As a member of our European Claims team, your main responsibility will be to assess and resolve insurance claims. We are proud to work with one of the largest telecom brands in the Netherlands. We are seeking candidates who have an excellent command of the Dutch language, good listening skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with our customers. This role involves providing service to ensure that customers receive assistance with their claims in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged mobile phone or gadget.

Flexibility - we support hybrid working but you also have the option to work in the office or both depending on the shifts/hours you work. We pay a home working allowance and if you travel to the office, a travel allowance. Part-time work is possible and negotiable. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?   

Assess and resolve insurance claims Support with admin activites on email

What are the requirements needed for this position?   

Fluent Dutch speaking at an advanced level Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software
