WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nChecking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance \n\n\nRepresenting the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers journey positively memorable \n\n\nConsistently delivering the highest customer service \n\n\nReinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances \n\n\nAssisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence \n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \n\n\nPrevious experience in customer service desirable, preferably in the travel industry \n\n\nAbility to remain calm and composed under pressure \n\n\nAttention to detail and accuracy \n\n\nFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays \n\n

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

\n\nBe able to provide five years address history \n\n\nBe able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character) \n\n\nTo obtain a full airside ID \n\n
