As a Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a positive customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Inbound and Outbound calls  Entering call notes into system Data EntrySending Emails, scanning documents,  builder web portals

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of customer service experienceBasic skills in Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent data entry skills
