**About the Role**
As a CBRE Customer Service Coordinator you will provide information and resolve day-to-day issues in response to inquiries about products and services.
This job is part of the Call Center job function. They are responsible for providing end-to-end support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
**What You’ll Do**
Answer incoming service requests, via phone, chat, email & online requests. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Generate and follow up on service request work orders for completion.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision.
Organize and schedule meetings: Coordinate all necessary logistics to ensure smooth and efficient meetings.
Maintain and update systems: Keep company systems, customer service databases, and spreadsheets current and accurate.
Communicate with customers: Reach out to customers to gather updated information as needed.
Generate and distribute reports: Produce various ad hoc reports and distribute them for review.
**What You’ll Need**
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
