Customer Service Coordinator
Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to be a part of our team in the manufacturing industry located in Bergen County, New Jersey, 07644, United States. The primary function of this role is to ensure optimal customer service and efficient operations, which will involve a blend of office and warehouse duties. Responsibilities: • Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered by effectively communicating and resolving customer inquiries • Accurately processing orders received and ensuring their timely distribution • Handling the operation of a forklift, with training and certification provided • Assisting in picking stock and building orders as required • Working with our ERP system, DATACOR, for efficient operations • Carrying out general lifting of stock items, such as five-gallon pails • Maintaining accurate records of customer data • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role • Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction • Knowledge and experience with customer pricing strategies • Experience in generating and managing customer quotes • Understanding of techniques to increase customer profitability • Proven ability to manage and improve customer retention rates • Proficiency in managing customer lifecycle • Familiarity with customer portal management • Exceptional customer service skills • Experience with coordinating and managing customer shipments Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
