Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to be a part of our team in the manufacturing industry located in Bergen County, New Jersey, 07644, United States. The primary function of this role is to ensure optimal customer service and efficient operations, which will involve a blend of office and warehouse duties. Responsibilities: • Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered by effectively communicating and resolving customer inquiries • Accurately processing orders received and ensuring their timely distribution • Handling the operation of a forklift, with training and certification provided • Assisting in picking stock and building orders as required • Working with our ERP system, DATACOR, for efficient operations • Carrying out general lifting of stock items, such as five-gallon pails • Maintaining accurate records of customer data • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.
