Description
Our client in Rancho Bernardo is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to providing outstanding support to customers and internal departments. This role is perfect for someone who excels in coordinating, tracking, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency.
+ Coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
+ Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
+ Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs efficiently.
+ Assist in preparing reports and handling administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
+ Ensure customers receive a seamless and exceptional experience throughout their interactions.
Requirements
+ 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a coordinator role.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
+ Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing role.
+ High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
