About Us: We are currently hiring for a Client Service Coordinator in at the Port of Oakland. 

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating client services, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work well under pressure, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.

Monitor and track client service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present regular client service reports to management.

Assist with the development and implementation of client service policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a client services or customer service role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with CRM software is a plus.
