Summary of the role

In the role of Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) you will be first contact of customers of Scandinavian regions, enter quotes and orders In SAP, and do inform customers about status of orders.

Role and Responsibilities

Enter quotes and orders in SAP.

First contact to customers.

Inform customers about status of orders.

Handle warranty, return and credit requests

Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)

Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests

Proactive order follow up.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).

General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).

Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.

Fluent English language skills, as well as Danish/Swedish/Norwegian language skills are required (in writing and verbal)

Additional language skills would be a plus

Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).

SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
