In Bulgaria we are a team of 35 people - service engineers, sales, business administration, based mainly in the headquarters in Sofia. We will be glad to join us as a Customer Service Engineer. You will be responsible for successfully handling everyday business activities as service incidents, installation, preventive maintenance, and system modification on demand for products within area of expertise.
Your mission: To provide technical support to the customers and to carry out service and preventive maintenance of all Siemens Medical Engineering products To install, configure, troubleshoot and repair medical imaging software in hospitals and IT environments (PACS/RIS) To perform on-site installation and system installation To diagnose and resolve problems of the medical diagnostic imaging equipment To ensure that all tools and test equipment are properly maintained, calibrated and tested to keep safety standards and regulations Your qualifications: High degree of technical studies - medical engineering or electronics Electro-mechanical knowledge and familiar with radiology equipment is a strong benefit Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Bulgaria as needed Previous experience in customer facing roles Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives Very good communication skills – make complex issues easy to understand High level of English, both written and spoken Driving license What we offer: Opportunity for career development within a multinational company with leading positions in the medical equipment market An opportunity to gain experience and enhance your professional skills A friendly team and a dynamic working environment Engaging remuneration and compensation package: an attractive monthly fixed salary and yearly bonuses, food vouchers, medical and pension insurance, corporate kindergarten, and other social benefits We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company!
