Prepare inquiries, quotations, and offers for spare parts and maintenance services. Act as a liaison between customers and headquarters to ensure smooth communication and project coordination. Responsible for the execution and coordination of spare part orders, deliveries, and acceptance processes. Support bidding activities and customer service-related tasks as needed. Requirements: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to travel frequently within Taiwan to meet customer needs. Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong relationships and providing high-quality service.
