Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer In Vitro for North-East Area.

In this role you will perform installation, configuration, repairs and training on assigned hardware and software products (Automation and Clinical Chemistry/Immunoassay) within the designated area (Veneto, Trentino Alto-Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia).

Your role:

•       You will ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets.

•       You will work with Project Management and Application Specialist to successfully implement complex solutions.

•       You will report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.

•       Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper issue resolution.

•       You will report in a timely manner all potential issue to the dedicated Complaint Unit.

Your expertise:

•       Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent working experience in customer service environments.

•       Good knowledge of In-Vitro diagnostics market.

•       Knowledge of MS, networking and IT Hardware.

•       Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.

•       Previous experience in Customer facing roles. 

•       Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives.

•       Analytical thinking

•       Fluent in English (written and verbally)

•       Car License 

We would prefer candidates based in Veneto (Verona or Padova), Italy.
