The Customer Service Field Professional has shared responsibility with the National Account Director for the overall growth, customer satisfaction and management of a specific customer brand. Builds and develops relationships with colleagues at McLane, Assigned customer, suppliers, and within the vendor communities. You will play an essential role in assessing client needs (critical problem solving), identify and solve problems (conflict resolution) and the sharing of best practices (influencing). The work conditions are primarily in a retail setting of a customer store, vehicle, and occasionally an office environment and Distribution Center.Local travel is required, with some regional travel throughout the Southeast US.Overnight travel varies by market area.Must be 18 years old or older with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.Must be able to successfully pass an employment verification, drug screen, and criminal background check.Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
